Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Memory & Me Keepsakes are not responsible for delays or lost items caused by incorrect address information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Enjoy free shipping on all orders within the U.S.

Orders typically ship within 4-8 weeks once the clothing has been delivered and I can begin working on your keepsake.

International Shipping

$15 shipping charge on all international orders.

Delivery times may vary by location, but most international orders arrive within 7-21 business days after shipment.

Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

IMPORTANT:

Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that may be required by their local government. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be collected upon delivery from the carriers. I recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our keepsakes are custom-made with care, returns or exchanges are not accepted. All items are FINAL SALE. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at: hello@memoryandmekeepsakes.com, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost Items

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out at hello@memoryandmekeepsakes.com so I can assist you in investigating the issue. However, once a package is in the hands of the carrier, Memory & Me Keepsakes are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
